I saw this flower in the patio of my house this morning. It somehow found a way to make it through the wooden fence between my house and my neighbor's, and bloom in all its glory.  I couldn't resist the easy metaphor and brought my camera to take a picture.  Have a great week and don't let anything stand between you and your dreams.

I saw this new billboard on my way to work today.  Mondays are always tough, and 2008 has been a difficult year due to the economy, so this simple, positive message is just the gentle nudge that most of us need to remember that there are many things to be thankful for, and that there are many opportunities still ahead for all of us.
