Bank of America doesn't let me pay my credit card bill #BofA

I've been trying to pay my B of A credit card online since Saturday (three days) and I keep getting this message: Bill Pay is Temporarily Unavailable.  You would think that in the current environment financial institutions would be more welcoming to those customers who actually WANT to pay their bill.  What are these guys doing with all the bailout money we've given them?  I also tried to pay by phone today, and after navigating through the automated menu for twenty minutes they disconnected me saying that there had been a problem, and to try later.  I think I'm going to start patronizing my local credit union.  They didn't receive bailout money and they give you better service...

I want my money back

Not only do we have to watch powerlessly as billions of our hard earned tax money is channeled to failed auto makers.  To add insult to injury, we have to see how part of that money is wasted in fluff ads "thanking" the American public for "investing" in Chrysler.  The ads are "signed" by Bob Nardelli, Chrysler's CEO.  Why doesn't he pay for those useless ads with his own money?  Judging by the comments on a post on Chrysler's own blog, many people feel the same way.

Sneaky sales tactics at a Shell gas station

I found this pretty shady.  After pumping gas, the pump's screen pops out a message saying:  "Car Wash?  Press YES".  After about 10 seconds, a different screen comes up, this time saying: "Or NO".  Can't they just put both options in one screen?  Yes, of course, but the whole idea is to trick into pressing YES, right?
